A long overdue post which I finally had time to fix now. I haven’t been to the beach in around 5 years and it was nice to get out and soak up some sun, sand and sea. Here’s a lil photo diary of the trip! :)
The wide open road reminded me and my mom of our trip to Napa Valley in 2008, except there were vineyards there and here its just grass, trees and fields. They really should put up some street lights along SCTEX. It’s so dark and dangerous to drive through here at night.

The areas with these types of thin white trees look so perfect for photo and video shoots!

And here’s my favorite photo. Frame-ception? :)) I was reminded of this lesson we had in my Basic Photography class, about finding natural frames in the environment.

Hammock smile and coconut tree hair! haha

The sky and the mountains were really pretty on the drive back home, I just wish I knew the right setting to capture the colors that doesn’t require a slow shutter speed because we can’t just stop in the middle of the unlit highway.
Can’t wait to go back to the beach again or travel anywhere. Hopefully I’ll have an underwater camera or waterproof camera case (if the beach) or a nice DSLR with video by then.
